Walmart is the world’s largest retailer of beauty products and the latest to release a box full of beauty items.
The beauty boxes will be released next week in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia, as well as other markets.
The boxes will come with a variety of items, including makeup brushes, eye shadow, lip balm, lip gloss, and other cosmetics.

“We are adding products that are innovative, unique, affordable, and offer incredible value to our customers,” said Walmart CEO Michael Duke.
The company also announced that it would launch a new beauty product line this year, dubbed the “Lift the Light” line, which will feature lip balms, skincare products and even handbags with designs inspired by beauty.
Walmart’s recent box announcements have been mixed.
Earlier this year the company announced it would be adding more beauty products to its line in 2017, but the company was quickly criticized by the beauty industry for not doing enough to expand products, especially in the area of makeup and hair products.
Earlier this year Walmart released a series of videos that showed employees demonstrating the beauty products they made.
“It’s a really powerful message for the consumer to see the products they’re spending money on, the brands they’re purchasing from, and how much it costs to buy them,” says Joanna Miller, an associate professor at the School of Design at Columbia University.
“They’re saying, ‘Look at all the products I’m spending money to buy.'”
Walmart has also made headlines in recent years for its lack of diversity.
In 2015, the company settled a discrimination lawsuit brought by a Black employee who alleged she was fired from a job because she was Black and Latina.
In 2017, the retailer settled a similar discrimination suit brought by Black employees.
In 2018, the U,S.
Department of Justice accused Walmart of using race in hiring practices, and in 2018 the U.,S.
Supreme Court ordered a federal judge to rule that Walmart could not discriminate against employees based on race.
